I made it! I recently entered a contest to be a part of the 2014 "Discover Colorado Springs" calendar. Upon showing up to the calendar reveal event, I noticed several enlarged photos on stands that were placed on tables. As I looked closer, I noticed one of them was mine! My photo, which was taken at the Evergreen Cemetery, is featured for the month of April. Wow! I am truly shocked, honored and ecstatic! Hundreds of photos were submitted, and many of them were unique and quite beautiful. I am grateful that I was able to be a part of this event!
