Portfolios, Item Documentation 
& Photo Shoots 
(These services available in Southern Colorado and surrounding areas)

Portfolios:

• Let me document all your hard work (interior designing, room remodels, etc.) for your business portfolio.  You can then use the photos for your own website.  I can also provide you with a CD or prints.  Let's be creative and get your work noticed!

Photo Shoots:

• While I specialize in mostly nature and landscape photography, I have had the pleasure of doing several photo shoots including: senior portraits, family reunions, family shoots, small weddings, receptions and individual shoots.  Tell me what you like; I'm open to all suggestions and love to get creative.  

Pricing:

• $40/hour, includes one photo CD plus basic editing (cropping, etc.)
• Hourly rate includes time it takes to travel to your business or photo shoot destination       

• $5.00/each for any additional CDs
• $45/hour for any requested advanced photo editing 

Personal Item Documentation:

• Fires and flooding and burglaries, oh my!  Unfortunately, these are just a few instances that can severely affect your life, family, home, cherished possessions and more.  All too often, I hear about people who have dealt with the stress that comes with filing insurance claims due to property damage or theft.  Oh how they WISH they had documented what their home looked like (from paint colors to major upgrades) and personal possessions they owned.  Stress no more!  Contact me and I will photo (or video) document your home and/or your precious belongings and provide you with a CD for your records.  Photos will include any details, serial numbers, make/model types, and distinguishing marks to ensure a smoother transaction with your insurance company.  I'll do all the work, and you'll have peace of mind. 

Pricing:

• House (interior & exterior): $300 for detailed photo or video documentation.  Includes travel to your residence or business and one photo CD with basic editing (cropping, etc.)
• Personal items: $100 for detailed photo or video documentation of up to 100 items. Includes travel to your residence or business and one photo CD with basic editing (cropping, etc.)
• $1.00/item for documentation of >100 items
• ​$5.00/each for any additional CDs  
• $45/hour for advanced photo editing requested
